Certificate of Authenticity
The certificate of authenticity is my guarantee to the collector, it guarantees the edition is limited and the number of the print within the edition is accurate.
Each print is signed, dated and numbered in pencil either on the front of the print if there is a border or on the back of the print if no border. Plus the back of the print may include any pencil notes I made during the printing process. Each limited edition print is sent in an archival print box and comes with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.
Archival processes and only materials of the highest quality and are used to ensure the long term beauty of the print and protect your investment. For a maximum print life, I would recommend prints should be either framed with archival quality mats, framed under glass, under UV filter or placed in an acid-free album.
Each image remains the copyright of Richard Hardwick and no reproduction is permitted without the express written permission of the artist. The artist reserves the right to reproduce the image in the form of promotional items, greeting cards or in a book, these reproductions are not considered to be originals but may augment the value of the originals. A single Artist’s Proof will be made from each edition.
All photographs are of the actual prints for sale and have been reproduced as accurately as possible. However due to differences in the brightness and colour of clients’ screens and variable lighting conditions when viewing prints, perceived differences may occur.
